Solid carbide is extremely heat resistant and used for high speed applications. It is commonly used on cast iron, nonferrous materials, plastics and other tough-to-machine materials.
AM300 coating allows for the best performance in minimum quantity lubricant applications. It offers excellent wear characteristics and is similar to AM200 coating, but with improved wear resistance at higher penetration rates. Ideal for most high penetration drilling applications. AM300 is a proprietary coating exclusive to Allied Machine.
